Circle Girls Finish Perfect, 13-0

Circle’s 12th & 13th games of the 2019 season were Home against Apopka High and Winter Park at Boardwalk Bowl.  Boys’ team suffered 2 loses and Girls’ team won both matches.

The Boys team lost 4-1 to Apopka 4-1 and Winter Park 3-2.  In the 1st game, teams bowled 10-pin and Apopka won 1117, Winter Park had 939 and Circle had 883.  In the 2nd game, teams moved to Baker Format and Winter Park won 199, Apopka 195 and Circle 194.  In the 3rd game, Baker Apopka won 197, Winter Park 194 and Circle 171.  In the 4th game, Baker Apopka won 235, Circle 234 and Winter Park 184.  In the 5th game, Baker Circle won 248, Apopka 243 and Winter Park 136.  In Baker Circle was led by Zack Kimmel, Gavin Murray and Rohde Barber each had 100% in Marks made.  The boys team finished 11-2 for the season.

The Girls team won 4-1 to Apopka 3-2 and Winter Park 2-3.  In the 1st game, teams bowled 10-pin and Circle won 919, Winter Park 691 and Apopka 669.  In the 2nd game, teams moved to Baker Format and Apopka won 182, Winter Park 168 and Circle 160.  In the 3rd game, Baker Circle won 215, Winter Park 183 and Apopka 144.  In the 4th game, Baker Circle won 180, Apopka 163 and Winter Park 145.  In the 5th game, Baker Circle won 192, Apopka 164 and Winter Park 139.  Macy Barber led Circle with a 225, Grace Bringham helped with a 205, Gianna Bringham added a 190 and Alexis Thayer added a 134.  Macy Barber, Grace Bringham and Ainsley Chambers each had 100% in Marks Made. Girls team finished 13-0 for the season.

Our District-8 Play-Off is Tuesday 10-29-19 at Bowlero Lanes in Apopka, FL. starting at 9:00 am.  This will determine which 2 Boys and Girls Teams will advance to State Play-Off. It is air-conditioned with no rain forecast inside so come out and watch.
