CIRCLE ATHLETES MAKE ALL-AREA TEAMS

Congratulations to the all of the Circle Athletes who were recently honored by the Orlando Sentinel with their selection to the All-Area Teams for their respective sports.

Each Sport Season (Fall, Winter, Spring)  the Orlando Sentinel sports staff in coordination with area coaches select the top athletes in Central Florida representing schools from Orange, Seminole, and Lake Counties. The All-Area Teams are comprised of 10-20 of the best athletes from all classifications combined.

For the Boys Bowling, although no individuals were selected for the All-Area team, but the team showed the depth of their talent by finishing 3rd overall for Central Florida in the Final Super Six Rankings.

In Girls Cross Country, Sinkenesh Parker was selected to the All-Area First Team while Brooke McEwen was selected to the All-Area Second Team. The Girls team finished 3rd overall in the Final Super Six Rankings which was their highest finish in school history.

In Boys and Girls Golf, Canon Claycomb was named to the Boys 1st Team All Sentinel for the second consecutive year, while Evan Sun made the 2nd team. Alex Crafton made the Girls 2nd Team and Sarah Scott was given an Honorable Mention.
